Are these live flight prices?
Yes. Results come from live flight inventory, and the total shown is the current fare at the time of search. Fares can change until verified.
When is my flight confirmed?
Submitting a booking request is not an airline ticket. AeroVia verifies availability and fare, then contacts you to arrange payment and ticketing. Your flight is confirmed only when confirmation is issued.
Can the fare change?
Airline prices can update in real time. We recheck the live fare before your request is submitted, and we never change a price silently — you always see and accept the current total.
How do I check my request status?
Use the Request ID from your confirmation together with the email you submitted. You can check anytime on the My Request page.
What passenger information do I need?
Each traveler’s name exactly as it appears on their travel document, plus date of birth. We do not collect passport details at the request stage.
